To receive credit for each video in a course, make sure it’s playing in an active browser tab. Time spent in hidden tabs, minimized windows, or after 20 minutes of inactivity doesn’t count toward completion. Even if the video finishes playing, it may be marked as complete but the course cannot be completed until the required viewing time is met — so we recommend staying on the video page while it plays.
