GLOBALCOM.IP Tier 2 expands on the basics by focusing on high‑definition audio performance, digital audio tools, and advanced hardware configuration. The course introduces amplified audio systems, communication stations, auxiliary audio devices, and system‑wide actions to help learners optimize and enhance GLOBALCOM.IP installations. 
Note: Tier 1 must be completed to advance to Tier 2.
